As the Senior Director of Product & Analytics, Renai brings her leadership and product expertise to drive innovation at the intersection of technology and practical, impactful solutions. After earning her BS in Accountancy, she quickly transitioned into product management roles of increasing scope at multiple software companies over the last 15 years. After refining her ability to deliver automated and scalable products in the corporate world, she was ready to build solutions that create lasting change.

Renai now leads the team of scientists, analysts, engineers, and product managers in developing data-driven models and technologies that optimize conservation efforts. Her cross-industry experience, blending product management with technical insight, enables her to help solve complex problems and scale solutions with measurable outcomes.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, biking to breweries, and watching her plants grow. She also volunteers as a math tutor for adults working to earn their GEDs.
