After graduating with a BS in Environmental Economics, Management, and Policy from Virginia Tech, Courtney moved to Chicago where she started her career in Human Resources. Now she calls the Pacific Northwest home and has over 12 years of experience in all aspects of HR in a variety of different industries. As TFT’s People and Culture Manager, Courtney champions our values and helps promote a workplace culture where staff can thrive and be excited about their work. Courtney manages employee recruitment,  engagement, and performance while also developing company policies, procedures, and guidelines. In addition, Courtney coordinates DEI efforts and supports staff, teams, and leaders through challenges and issues as they arise. On the weekends, you can find Courtney eating oysters or throwing her crab pots into the Tillamook Bay.
