David Primozich
Vice President - Water
David brings more than 15 years of experience working with private and public entities on regulatory compliance to The Freshwater Trust. Prior to his roles at TFT, David served for six years as the first executive director of the Willamette Partnership, where he helped shape emerging science and infrastructure needed to measure and track environmental outcomes. He holds an associate degree in Applied Science – Agriculture emphasis from Clark College, a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Oregon State University and a masters degree in Applied Anthropology – Natural Resources and Communities emphasis from Oregon State University. As Vice President of Water, he leads efforts to quantify environmental gains that result from managing land and water in new and relevant ways. Outside the office, David can be found hunting agates on the Willamette River and eating crab at the mouth of the Nestucca River.
