Scott Campbell
Regional Vice President – Colorado

Scott directs TFT’s water conservation and irrigated lands programs in Colorado, spearheading new approaches to addressing water constraints, supporting agriculture, and improving ecosystem health. He launched Innovative Conservation Solutions (ICS) in 2015 and joined TFT in 2022. Before founding ICS, Scott was Harvard’s Lincoln Loeb Fellow and a joint fellow at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy. He directed one of the country’s largest land trusts and served in the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade under governors Owens and Ritter. Scott has Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees from Colorado College.
